Mariana’s practice focuses on complex litigation, including notable class action lawsuits, medical malpractice claims, and motor vehicle accidents. With her extensive experience in serious personal injury matters, she possesses the expertise to offer effective representation while maintaining a compassionate approach toward her clients. Before joining HSH, Mariana developed a strong foundation in insurance defence at a reputable full-service firm in downtown Toronto.

Mariana received her Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick in 2022 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023. With a deep understanding of the legal system, she specializes in complex cases and advocates for the rights of those seriously injured.
