Jeff Durno Joins Cassels Brock

Jeff Durno is a partner in the Securities Group at Cassels Brock in Vancouver, where his practice focuses primarily on securities and corporate finance matters. He provides strategic advice to clients – from start-ups to emerging and established businesses – in structuring and negotiating complex commercial transactions and financial restructurings.

Active in the public market for more than two decades, Jeff acts for issuers, investment dealers and investment advisors across a range of industries including technology, manufacturing and natural resources.

Clients rely on Jeff’s experience and the leadership of someone who has been there before. He provides creativity and innovation when structuring a deal or mapping a strategic plan and he executes analytically and efficiently, taking the guesswork out of transactions.

As the former Managing Partner of a Vancouver-based boutique law firm, and a director and officer of several technology-based companies, a merchant bank, as well as TSX and TSX-V listed companies, Jeff brings a unique perspective to the business of law.
