Jeff Mikelberg Joins Cassels Brock

Jeff Mikelberg is an associate in the Business Law Group at Cassels Brock in Toronto. Prior to joining Cassels Brock as an associate, Jeff was an articling student at the firm. During this time, he gained valuable experience working on various matters within the Business Law, Securities, and Litigation practice groups.

Jeff’s experience includes assisting with asset and share purchase transactions, venture financing and private equity, as well as drafting a variety of corporate and commercial documents and conducting legal research.

Jeff completed his law degree at Western University where he served as a member of the Faculty Awards Committee and volunteered with the school’s student exchange program and with a program that provides assistance to Canadian National Team Athletes in resolving sport-related issues. In the fall of 2011, Jeff spent a semester studying abroad at Stockholm University’s Faculty of Law.
