Jeffrey’s practice will focus mainly on the areas of Investment Funds, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance.
He has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Toronto and obtained his law degree and MBA from Osgoode Hall Law School and the Schulich School of Business, York University in 2009.
