Jennifer Hansen Joins Cassels Brock as an Associate

Jennifer is an associate in the Securities Group. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Jennifer was both a summer and articling student with the firm. During this time, she gained experience working with the Financial Services, Business Law and Securities practice groups. Within the Securities Group, Jennifer was involved in various transactions, including public offerings, private placements, income trust conversions and mergers and acquisitions. She also gained considerable experience assisting with various regulatory compliance matters.

While studying at Queen’s University and the University of Western Ontario, Jennifer was actively involved in volunteer endeavours including chairing a community outreach program at local prison institutions, coaching competitive high school cheerleading, acting as an orientation week leader and participating with Pro Bono Students Canada.
