Jesse Rosensweet joins Aird & Berlis LLP

Aird & Berlis LLP is pleased to announce that Jesse Rosensweet has joined the firm as an associate in our Corporate/Commercial Group.

Jesse Rosensweet is a member of the firm’s Corporate/Commercial Group. He was a summer student and an articling student at the firm prior to returning as an associate.
Jesse’s practice will focus on corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, financing and regulatory matters for private and public companies.
Jesse obtained his M.B.A. from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and J.D. from the University of Toronto.
