Kastner Lam is delighted to welcome Rahim Jamal to the firm’s partnership.

Rahim is a leader in the firm’s employment law practice. He brings creativity, compassion, and practical solutions when advising on complex workplace matters.

Rahim regularly advises employers and workers on all aspects of the employee/employer relationship, including: offers of employment, employment standards, human rights obligations, workplace policies, termination of employment, and constructive dismissal.

He also conducts independent investigations into allegations of workplace harassment, violence, and discrimination. He provides training and coaching on human rights and equity in the workplace.
