Cassels Brock is pleased to announce that Ken Chow has joined our Vancouver office as a associate in our Mining Group.

Ken Chow is an associate in the Securities Group at Cassels Brock, where he advises public and private companies on a variety of corporate finance transactions, general corporate governance and securities law. Ken has particular expertise with stock exchange listings, mergers and acquisitions, reverse takeovers, statutory plan of arrangements, private placement financings and securities regulatory requirements. The majority of Ken’s transactional experience involves mining and technology companies.

Prior to joining Cassels Brock, Ken practiced at a boutique securities law firm in Vancouver and an international law firm in Toronto. Ken is conversant in Cantonese.
