Ken Rosenstein Appointed Regional Managing Partner at Miller Thomson

Seasoned corporate finance and asset-based lending lawyer assumes expanded leadership role

Kenneth Rosenstein has been appointed Ontario Regional Managing Partner at Miller Thomson, effective July 1. Formerly Managing Partner of the Toronto office and former national leader of the Firm’s Financial Services practice group, Ken brings extensive expertise in corporate and commercial finance, including cross-border financing transactions and asset-based lending.

Licensed in Ontario and Alberta, Ken represents a diverse range of clients—including major banks, non-bank financial institutions, and private credit lenders – across a variety of complex financing structures. His innovative approach and strong industry relationships help clients navigate challenges and seize growth opportunities.

A respected voice in the legal community, Ken frequently shares his insights through presentations and publications. He is recognized by The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory for his expertise in Asset-Based Lending and Banking and Financial Institutions. Ken has also held leadership roles in prominent professional associations, including the Canadian Institute’s Commercial Loan Finance & Security Conference.
