Keyser Mason Ball LLP announces Associate Partner, Sukhdeep S. Sidhu

Keyser Mason Ball, LLP is pleased to announce that Sukhdeep S. Sidhu is now an Associate Partner at the firm. Sukhdeep is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Commercial practice group primarily focusing on Franchise, Retail and Distribution Law and Business and Estate Succession Law. Sukhdeep advises new, emerging and established Canadian and international franchisors on all aspects of Canadian franchise law, including the drafting and preparation of franchise agreements, disclosure documents, master franchise agreements and manages franchisor relationships. Sukhdeep regularly assists franchisees with the review and negotiation of disclosure documents and franchise agreements and represents franchisees in the purchase and sale of single and multi-unit franchises. He has experience with incorporations, asset and share purchase and sale transactions, implementation of corporate reorganizations and drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts for small and medium sized businesses including but not limited to shareholders agreements, license agreements, supplier agreements and distribution agreements.

Sukhdeep is a graduate of York University and the University of Southampton. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and actively engaged in growing his network of contacts in the Greater Toronto and surrounding areas.
