Keyser Mason Ball, LLP is pleased to announce that Kevin Fernandes is now an Associate Partner at the firm. Kevin joined the firm in 2017 and is building a practice focused on private M&A / exempt market private equity transactions as well as a range of corporate/commercial matters. He also leads the firm’s professional client corporate services practice.

Kevin is a graduate of Queen’s University and the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the M&A Club and the Association for Corporate Growth.
