Canada’s leading litigation firm continues to expand its health law expertise with the addition of Kelly Kim as Counsel.

Kelly Kim’s practice focuses on health law. She represents regulated health professionals in a wide range of matters, including medical negligence, privacy issues, proceedings before the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, hospital privileges disputes, and other administrative and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Kelly summered and articled at a full-service law firm in Ottawa, where she gained broad litigation experience in areas including medical malpractice, administrative law, and insurance defence.
