James S. S. Holtom’s practice focuses on intellectual property and commercial litigation. As an articling student, James served clients in complex patent, trade-mark and copyright disputes as well as administrative law matters in the pharmaceutical sector at all levels of court, including drafting submissions to the Supreme Court of Canada. James’ law school awarded him several prizes for academic standing in the study of patent and trust law.
