She is adept at representing her clients in a wide range of issues, including investigations, complaints, discipline, fitness to practice, and registration matters. Kathryn also represents insurers in actions involving commercial general liability, motor vehicle accidents (tort and accident benefits), historical sexual abuse, environmental damage, and coverage disputes.  With extensive experience and special attention to detail, Kathryn has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
