Lindsay Scott Joins Paliare Roland

Paliare Roland is delighted to welcome Lindsay Scott to their firm.

Paliare Roland is delighted to welcome Lindsay Scott to their firm. Lindsay was called to the bar in 2011 and comes to us after summering and articling with the firm. Her practice areas include corporate/commercial litigation, civil litigation, employment and labour law, administrative law, and human rights.

Lindsay obtained her J.D. at the University of Ottawa. During law school, Lindsay served as a Senior Editor of the Ottawa Law Review and as a caseworker at the University of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic. She was also an active volunteer with Pro Bono Students Canada and the Women’s Legal Education and Action Fund. Lindsay received several awards for academic excellence, including the Law Society of Upper Canada Award for Outstanding Achievement in Legal Studies upon graduation.

Prior to attending law school, Lindsay obtained her M.A. in English Literature from the University of Alberta.

Lindsay is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, Canadian Bar Association and The Advocates’ Society.
