Tyler is a results-oriented litigator who uses practical strategies to create positive results for clients. Tyler combines his knowledge of the law with creative problem solving to help clients navigate their most complex disputes.

Tyler’s practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation, including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, regulatory disputes, proxy fights and class actions.

Tyler received his J.D. from Queen’s University in 2019. He earned the highest standing in contract law. Tyler was also active in student politics as the President of the Society of Graduate and Professional Students. In this role, Tyler was primarily an advocate for all graduate and professional students to the University’s administration and provincial and federal governments. Before joining Lax O’Sullivan, Tyler practiced with a leading international law firm, where he focused on commercial and civil litigation.
