Will brings analytical rigor and creativity of thought to his cases. He is committed to the pursuit and protection of his clients’ interests.

Will is developing a general litigation practice with an emphasis on corporate-commercial disputes. Prior to joining Lax O’Sullivan, he practiced as a litigation associate at a leading national law firm and gained experience in commercial, class action, and competition matters.

Will received his J.D. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2021, achieving distinction standing after first year. Will’s deep involvement in mooting culminated in his participation in the 2019 Grand Moot, where he argued about the constitutional dimensions of Canada’s solitary confinement regime before a panel that included the Chief Justice of Canada.

Before law school, Will completed undergraduate and graduate degrees in philosophy at Queen’s University.
