LOLG welcomes Anne Posno.

With more than 30 years of experience, Anne has broad experience in complex commercial litigation, real estate disputes, corporate governance challenges, professional liability matters and medical negligence cases. She also has experience in the areas of human rights and privacy law.

Anne has extensive experience representing clients in high stakes matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Federal Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Toronto Commercial List. Anne also regularly appears before the Toronto Estates Court, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
