Loopstra Nixon is proud to congratulate Amanda Pilieci becoming a partner.

Amanda is a partner in the firm’s commercial and construction litigation group.

Amanda’s practice focuses on civil, commercial and construction litigation. She has worked on several cases ranging from partnership and shareholder disputes, fraud claims, property and trust disputes and protracted contract disputes. Amanda delivers a personalized and compassionate approach to effectively resolve each of her clients’ legal disputes in a way that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations. Amanda has appeared before all levels of Court in Ontario on Motions, Applications, Trials and Appeals. Before joining Loopstra Nixon LLP, Amanda was a litigation associate at a boutique civil litigation firm where she obtained judgments over six and seven figures at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

Before law school, Amanda worked in the construction industry for a private residential land developer and homebuilder. She acquired unique skills and specialized knowledge, which have proven particularly useful when resolving construction litigation disputes.

As a food enthusiast, Amanda enjoys trying new recipes and exotic dishes. When she’s not at the office, Amanda enjoys catching up on the latest Netflix series, enjoying the outdoors and the occasional yoga class.
