Loopstra Nixon is proud to congratulate Sanam Jalali on becoming a partner.

Sanam is a Partner in the firm’s Commercial and Residential Real Estate Group with a focus on secured lending.

She acts for a number of banks, credit unions, private lenders and corporate borrowers on a variety of commercial financing transactions. Sanam is a trusted advisor to her clients, working to fully understand their objectives, and to provide clear and creative legal solutions that succeed in achieving her client’s goals. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2011.

Prior to joining Loopstra Nixon LLP, Sanam practiced as a sole practitioner for over 10 years in the areas of Real Estate, Corporate Law and Wills & Estates.

When away from the office, Sanam enjoys spending time with her family, trying new restaurants and traveling.
