Loopstra Nixon LLP Welcomes Daniel Paperny as a Partner

Daniel Paperny is a Partner and co-lead of the Estate Litigation practice group at Loopstra Nixon LLP. He practices exclusively in the areas of wills, estates, trusts, powers of attorney, guardianship, and capacity related litigation. 

Daniel has practiced estate litigation since his call to the Bar in 2015 and has developed an expertise in the area. Daniel is passionate about estate litigation and recognizes the importance of this time in the lives of his clients. By utilizing technical skill and teamwork, Daniel seeks to alleviate the difficulties and stresses that often accompany litigation, toward achieving optimal results for his clients in a cost-efficient manner. Daniel is always looking for innovative ways to reach solutions that are tailored to the unique needs of his clients, while remaining mindful of the costs and pressures of litigation. 

Daniel has been recognized for his skill and client service by Post City Magazines and Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada.  

He is called to the Bar in both Ontario and British Columbia. Daniel has appeared as counsel before various levels of Court in both Ontario and BC, and before the Ontario Consent and Capacity Board. 

Prior to joining Loopstra Nixon, Daniel was a partner at a leading estate litigation boutique firm in Toronto.
