Peter brings a thriving corporate and finance practice focused on the Pharmacy and Healthcare sphere to Loopstra Nixon.

He is a leading authority in in Ontario corporate healthcare law. He serves as external general counsel and advisor to privately held corporations, and plays an integral role in helping implement growth plans for consolidators in the healthcare space, notably in the pharmacy and dentistry markets.
