Loopstra Nixon LLP Welcomes Sarah Mumtaz as an Associate.

Sarah Mumtaz is an Associate who practices in the firm’s Wealth Management and Estate Planning Group. She advises clients on a variety of issues pertaining to estate planning, probate, and trust administration.

Sarah uses a variety of tools to implement structures designed to create successful estate and business succession plans for clients. She also provides strategic advice to executors, trustees and beneficiaries with regard to ongoing administration issues. In addition, Sarah assists clients with Wills, powers of attorney, domestic contracts, trusts, and other documents relevant to succession planning.

Sarah has been the recipient of the “Reader’s Choice Award” in 2020 and 2021 for her outstanding services in Estates law.

Prior to Joining Loopstra Nixon, Sarah practiced at a boutique full-service firm in Cambridge, Ontario. Sarah received her Honour Bachelor of Arts in both Psychology and Political Science from the York University. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys traveling, reading, and trying new restaurants.
