Loopstra Nixon LLP welcomes Steven Chadwick as a Senior Associate

Steven is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation group.

Prior to joining Loopstra Nixon, Steven practiced corporate commercial and securities litigation at a prominent litigation boutique in Toronto where he assisted clients with a broad range of issues, including shareholder disputes, commercial disputes, regulatory proceedings, and securities class actions. Steven previously worked in the Toronto office of a national law firm and in the legal department of a major Canadian bank. During law school, Steven interned with the hedge fund platform of a global alternative asset manager.

Steven takes a practical approach to litigation with a focus on results and keeping costs down. Outside the office, he enjoys long-distance running, playing guitar, and spending time with his friends and family.
