Loopstra Nixon Welcomes Sunita Doobay as Partner

Loopstra Nixon is pleased to announce that Sunita Doobay has joined the firm as a tax and trust lawyer. Her expertise lies in corporate planning, personal tax planning, wills, trusts and estates, and charities and not-for-profits. Her focus is on advising the multijurisdictional client. She sits on the National Award Committee of STEP Canada. She is past co-chair of and current senior advisor to the International Tax Committee of the ABA Section of International Law. Sunita participates frequently as a panelist at tax conferences held in Canada and in the United States. Sunita is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and sits as the advisor to the Section of International Law  of the ABA on the Uniform Law Commission Conflict of Laws in Trusts and Estates Drafting Committee. She is a graduate of Queen’s Law and a graduate of the NYU Tax LL.M. program in U.S. taxation.
