Loopstra Nixon welcomes Valentina Galvis as an Associate.

Valentina Galvis is an associate in Loopstra Nixon’s Tactical Strategies Group. This multidisciplinary practice formulates solutions drawing upon expertise in corporate transactions, capital reorganization, litigation, creditor protection/creditor rights, taxation, securities and regulatory compliance.

Valentina earned her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Law and Business from Toronto Metropolitan University. Prior to joining the firm, Valentina worked at a full-service Bay Street firm, where she gained experience in private M&A, commercial lending, and contract negotiation.

She is an active member of the Canadian Hispanic Bar Association and regularly mentors law students. Outside of practice, Valentina enjoys yoga, strength training, and attending live concerts.
