We are pleased to congratulate Sara Kun on becoming a partner at Maleki Barristers.
Sara represents clients in a wide range of issues, including custody and access, child and spousal support and complex property division. Prior to restricting her practice exclusively to family law, Sara gained extensive negotiation, advocacy and trial experience in civil litigation and criminal law proceedings, which provided her with a well-rounded legal experience and unique insight into the intersection of these areas of law.
Prior to law school, Sara completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at York University. She graduated with the highest distinction and earned various awards and scholarships in recognition of her academic achievement. Afterwards, Sara obtained her law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School where she graduated among the top 10% of her class. Sara is currently completing her LLM at Osgoode Hall Law School.
