Marissa Mah joins Pallett Valo LLP

Pallett Valo is pleased to announce that Marissa Mah has joined the firm as an associate in our Business Law Practice.

Pallett Valo is pleased to announce that Marissa Mah has joined the firm as a Lawyer in our Business Law Practice.

Marissa obtained her LL.B. from Queen Mary, University of London and her LL.M. in International Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019. Marissa’s journey at Pallett Valo began in 2017 as a Summer Law Student. In 2018 she returned as a Student-at-Law and completed her Articling Program with us.

Marissa’s developing practice extends to mergers & acquisitions, the structuring and establishment of new businesses both locally and cross-border, shareholders agreements and disputes, corporate reorganizations, and various contractual arrangements.
