Mathews Dinsdale is pleased to announce that Dave Bushuev has become a partner in the Firm. Dave’s practice focuses on labour and employment law. He provides strategic advice to provincially and federally regulated employers on all aspects of workplace law, including hiring and termination, labour relations, human rights, disability accommodation, occupational health and safety, privacy, and performance management. Dave regularly represents clients in litigation matters before labour arbitrators, the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. He is based out of the Firm’s office in Toronto.
