Mathews Dinsdale is pleased to announce that Mark Bout has joined the Firm’s partnership. Mark brings significant experience advising and representing employers throughout Western Canada in a variety of industries and sectors, including construction and retail. Mark regularly negotiates collective agreements and represents unionized employers before arbitrators and the British Columbia Labour Relations Board. Mark’s expertise extends to guiding and representing employers in areas such as union certification/decertification, workplace disputes and grievances, wrongful dismissal litigation actions, occupational health and safety, workers’ compensation, and human rights matters. Mark is based out of the firm’s Vancouver office.
