Mathews Dinsdale is pleased to announce that Stephanie Ramsay has joined the Firm’s partnership. Stephanie has significant experience advising both public and private sector employers on a range of labour and employment law issues, including workplace policies and contracts, discipline and termination, and accommodation issues. Stephanie represents employers in wrongful dismissal claims, class actions, disability benefits litigation, human rights complaints, and grievance arbitrations. She regularly appears before all levels of court in Ontario, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and in grievance arbitration. Stephanie also has a growing pay equity practice and conducts workplace investigations. She is based out of the Firm’s office in Toronto, ON.
