Mathews Dinsdale Welcomes Brady Farmer

Mathews Dinsdale is pleased to announce that Brady Farmer has joined the Firm as an Associate in our Calgary office. Brady provides advice to employers in connection with all aspects of labour and employment law. He routinely advises employers on employment contracts, workplace policies, human rights complaints, wrongful dismissals, grievance arbitrations, and collective bargaining. Brady works closely with employers to find practical solutions to workplace issues including employee discipline and dismissals, performance management, and workplace accommodations. He regularly represents employers before civil courts and human rights tribunals.
