Mathews Dinsdale Welcomes Eleanor A. Vaughan to the Firm

Mathews Dinsdale is pleased to announce that Eleanor A. Vaughn has joined the Firm as Counsel in our Toronto office.

Mathews Dinsdale is pleased to welcome new Counsel, Eleanor A. Vaughan, to our Toronto office. Her practice focuses on employment litigation, where she represents employers across a broad range of workplace disputes.

Eleanor has significant experience advising and representing clients in complex and high-profile matters, including wrongful dismissals, employment disputes, class actions, labour injunctions, arbitrations and appeals. She has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and Court of Appeal, as well as administrative tribunals such as the Ontario Labour Relations Board.

Eleanor regularly advises employers on sensitive and strategic workplace issues, including employee terminations, workplace investigations, restrictive covenant enforcement and  employment agreements and policies. She takes a practical, business-oriented approach and is focused on delivering effective, strategic outcomes, whether through litigation or resolution.

She is actively involved in the legal community and regularly volunteers as duty counsel with Pro Bono Ontario.
