Mathews Dinsdale is pleased to announce that Jennifer Hodgins has joined the Firm as a Partner in our Toronto office. She practises in all areas of labour and employment law, including human rights, pay equity, employment standards, labour and employee relations, grievance arbitration, wrongful dismissal and collective bargaining. Jennifer has particular expertise in pay equity and the federally regulated sector.

Jennifer frequently represents employers in litigation before boards and tribunals, including in grievance arbitrations, human rights tribunal proceedings, wrongful dismissal claims, judicial review proceedings and matters before federal and provincial labour boards. She also provides strategic advice on workplace and labour relations issues, including employment agreements and policies, workplace investigations, statutory compliance, collective agreement interpretation, and accommodation issues.

Prior to joining Mathews Dinsdale, Jennifer was a partner in the employment and labour group of an international law firm in Toronto and was previously in-house labour counsel at a regional hospital.
