Mathews Dinsdale is pleased to announce that Jessica Visser has joined the Firm as an Associate in our Toronto office.  Jessica provides advice to employers in connection with all aspects of labour and employment law.  She has experience advising employers in connection with Labour Relations Board proceedings, grievance and arbitration proceedings, collective bargaining, wrongful dismissals, human rights proceedings and workplace health and safety prosecutions.  Jessica represents employers engaged in both the Provincial and Federal sectors.
