Mathews Dinsdale is pleased to announce that Julian Dickinson has joined the Firm as an Associate. Julian advises employers across Atlantic Canada in all areas of workplace law, with particular focus on workers’ compensation and occupational health and safety matters. Julian also frequently advises and represents employers on issues involving discipline and dismissal, performance management, workplace accommodation and labour standards complaints. Julian regularly appears as counsel before the WCAT and has appeared before the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal. In addition to his litigation and advisory practice, Julian also provides employers and their managers with practical training on a broad range of human resources management topics.
