Mathews Dinsdale is pleased to announce that Megan Beal has joined the Firm as a Partner in our Toronto office. Practising in all areas of labour and employment law, Megan advises employers in both the provincial and federal sectors, working with unionized and non-unionized workplaces across a range of industries.

Megan supports employers with workplace investigations, human rights matters, employee discipline and terminations, policy development, and accessibility compliance. She also provides guidance in certification and related employer applications in both construction and non-construction sectors.

Megan represents employers before workplace tribunals, arbitrators, and courts, including the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, and the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal.

Recognized in both the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and Best Lawyers in Canada, Megan is known for her practical and strategic advice, helping employers navigate complex workplace issues with clarity and confidence.
