Milburn & Associates is pleased to announce that Andrew Kennedy has been promoted to Partner.

Andrew advises employees and employers on all aspects of the employment relationship including terminations, executive compensation, retirement, restructuring, employment contracts, discrimination, bullying and constructive dismissal. He is focused on actively advancing the interests of his clients including litigation where necessary.

Andrew joined the firm as an associate in 2022 after practicing with several management side and full service law firms.
