Miller Thomson welcomes Abid Ahmed back as Partner

Abid Ahmed has returned to Miller Thomson as a Partner in the Firm’s Toronto office and a member of the Corporate, M&A and Securities group. He completed his summer and articles with Miller Thomson and was an Associate until 2021.

Since leaving Miller Thomson in 2021, Abid has practiced at a leading American global law firm, gaining extensive experience in complex multi-jurisdictional public and private M&A, public offerings, private placements, and strategic advisory mandates across industries such as technology, consumer products, energy, fintech, and financial services. He is recognized for delivering practical, business-oriented advice informed by deal experience on both sides of the border.
