Arthur Opalinski’s practice is focused on commercial leasing, commercial real estate transactions, condominium development, municipal planning and expropriation, as well as real estate financing.
Arthur has acted for both landlords and tenants in respect of retail, office, industrial, and bare land leasing matters. Arthur also represents vendors and purchasers during all stages of real estate transactions, and acts for developers of industrial lands, shopping centres, and new subdivisions. For real estate developers, Arthur counsels on the acquisition, development, financing and leasing of properties.
