Dan Doliner practices in our business law group, with a focus on corporate, M&A, and securities law. Dan has a diverse transactional experience which includes merger, investment and lending transactions.

In addition to being called to the bar in Ontario, Dan is also licensed to practice law in Israel, where he practiced law for several years, working mostly with technology clients.
