Miller Thomson welcomes Inna Koldorf back to the firm as Partner

Miller Thomson welcomes Inna Koldorf back to the firm as a Partner in its Labour Relations and Employment Group. She will be based in the Vaughan office.

Inna Koldorf practices in the areas of labour, employment, human rights law and workplace investigations. She has developed an expertise in construction labour relations, where she advises on communications during organizing campaigns, responding to certification applications, and addressing day-to-day human resources issues on construction sites.

Inna is also a workplace investigator. She investigates allegations raised under the Human Rights Code, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Canada Labour Code, workplace harassment and violence policies, as well as allegations of fraud, conflict of interest and breach of contract.
