Jonathan Martin is a confident litigator with a strong background in class action litigation and family law.  He maintains a commercial litigation practice, with a particular emphasis in real estate litigation, including construction law, bylaw infringement, and lease disputes.  He also has an active practice in Constitutional law, estate litigation, and libel and slander. He has appeared as lead counsel at all levels of Court in Saskatchewan as well as before professional discipline tribunals.
