Pierre Soulard is a Partner in the Toronto office of Miller Thomson’s Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisitions Group.

His practice focuses on securities and corporate law, as well as advising clients on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Pierre has built particular industry expertise in the areas of technology and life sciences.
