Sarah practices in the area of insolvency, restructuring, banking litigation, and commercial litigation. She advises and represents creditors, debtors, court-appointed officers, DIP Lenders and trustees in various insolvency and commercial proceedings. Sarah’s experience includes the negotiation of forbearance agreements, enforcement of security, enforcement of operators’ liens related to oil, gas and minerals, foreclosures, proposals to creditors, creditor realizations, receiverships, and the restructuring of financially distressed companies.
