Vicky Berthiaume practises in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, with a focus on construction litigation.

Her expertise extends to contractual and extra-contractual remedies, private law disputes and disputes with various public administrations as well as class actions. As a litigator, she has represented her clients before all common law tribunals, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
