Minden Gross LLP is pleased to announce that Abi Uthirakumaran has returned as an Associate in our Business Law Group after completing her articles with the firm.

Abi has a general business law practice advising privately- and publicly-held companies on multi-million dollar corporate transactions. She guides clients through mergers, acquisitions, financings, and reorganizations, alongside drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and providing counsel on business structuring and management.

Clients choose Abi for her perseverance in finding solutions to problems. She tackles client concerns from various angles to achieve their goals. Her background in alternative dispute resolution helps Abi to identify creative solutions to issues that ultimately benefit her clients’ business relationships.

Abi is known for her drive for discovery. When not resolving contentious business matters, Abi loves trying out new recipes, binging mystery everything (books, shows, movies), and exploring new cities.
