Reshma has expertise in all aspects of employment and human rights law and has represented clients in various levels of court. She advises both employers and employees on matters including statutory and common law obligations, human rights issues, employment contracts, termination processes, and human resources policies and procedures.

In her Wills and Estates practice, she focuses on estate litigation. She advises attorneys, executors, and beneficiaries on diverse inquiries.
