Minden Gross LLP is pleased to announce David Holmes has joined the firm as a Partner in both the Commercial ​Leasing Group and the Commercial Real Estate Group.

David’s practice focuses on providing clients with advice on the acquisition and disposition of commercial property, development, financing, leasing, and franchising of commercial, industrial, retail, and mixed-use properties.

Previous to joining Minden Gross LLP, David directed the central legal team for the business and operations at one of Canada’s largest real estate development and operating companies. With this experience, David views a transaction from all sides, having experienced negotiations as a representative of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in private practice or as counsel from the business perspective. Read more about David.
