Morrison Brown Sosnovitch LLP is pleased to announce that Hailey Kersey has joined the firm as an associate in our Business Law & Franchising Groups.

Hailey’s practice is primarily focused on corporate and commercial law and franchising. She joined the firm as an articling student before becoming an associate. During that time, she gained valuable experience in corporate transactions and franchise matters.

Prior to law school, Hailey graduated with distinction and received an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor Odette School of Business. She graduated from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2014. As a law student, she volunteered as a member of External Outreach, a group focused on promoting charitable causes in the Windsor area, and participated in the 2014 Laskin Moot in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
